I had a cozy stay at Hotel June, with its lovely boutique vibe and warm service. The pool area was beautiful, and the restaurant offered delicious meals, especially the avocado toast and shrimp tacos. However, I found the parking fee of $50 quite excessive, and though the rooms were comfortable, they felt a bit sparse and simple for my taste.

The hotel's location is fantastic, close to supermarkets and coffee shops. It was convenient for accessing both the airport and nearby attractions, though I could hear some planes which was minor.

My stay at Hotel June West LA had its ups and downs. The rooms were clean and had a nice contemporary feel, but the service was a hit-or-miss experience. I enjoyed the proximity to the airport and the overall vibe of the hotel, yet some aspects like the dining options left much to be desired. Overall, it felt more boutique than typical hotel, but there were some significant areas for improvement. 🌴😕

While some staff were friendly and eager to assist, I encountered a few service issues, particularly with restaurant staff who didn’t align with the hotel’s overall hospitable atmosphere.
Location

Being close to LAX was a significant advantage, with a free shuttle service making airport transfers seamless. However, the surrounding area felt a bit unsafe, which detracted from the experience.

My stay at Hotel June was a mix of highlights and disappointments. The location was fantastic, with easy access to good restaurants, and the staff was friendly and helpful. However, the condition of my room left much to be desired, with cleanliness issues and a somewhat basic setup. The pool area was also crowded and noisy, making it tough to relax.

My room felt a bit sparse and wasn't as clean as I'd hoped. There were stains on the floor, and the windows needed some attention. While the decor was nice, I expected better overall cleanliness for the price.
Service

The staff was friendly and accommodating, which I appreciated. They were flexible with my requests, such as providing an extra blanket and a microwave during my stay. However, the skeleton crew approach sometimes led to delays in response.

This hotel is in a solid location, close to great restaurants and convenient to the airport. I loved how easy it was to get around, and the supermarket nearby was a bonus. It does have a bit of a gritty feel in places, but I found some hidden gems in the area.

I tried the on-site restaurant and had a decent meal, but I felt it was on the expensive side. The atmosphere was nice, but it could get hectic with people coming and going from the lobby.
Facilities

I was impressed with the facilities like the pool and gym, although the pool was often crowded with loud guests. I couldn't take full advantage due to the noise, but the gym had good equipment and was available by reservation.

The pool area was absolutely gorgeous, and dining at the Caravan Swim Club was a highlight, with delicious food tempting me to try something new at every meal. However, I did notice some minor inconveniences in the room design that could be improved, such as the lack of blackout curtains and comfortable seating.
